Our story begins in Yerevan, Armenia – a land with centuries of baklava tradition. For generations, the Petrosyan family operated a small bakery in the heart of the city, where the art of making perfect baklava was passed down from father to son.
The secret wasn't just in the recipe – it was in the patience, the precision, and the passion. Rolling phyllo dough so thin you could read a newspaper through it. Selecting only the finest pistachios and walnuts. Preparing the syrup to the exact temperature that would make each layer sing.
